Oh, it seems the first, blank file is called "number.0.foo", and the second,
real file is called just "foo". For instance, with this EXT3 patch, the blank
file is called "14312.0.patch-ext3-dxdir-2.4.19-4", and the working version is
called "patch-ext3-dxdir-2.4.19-4"
